On 18 May 2023, the 3rd Libralex Art Law Conference took place, as part of the London International Disputes Week 2023, LIDW[23].

Within two panels, highly topical and relevant issues about art and art disputes were discussed. An audience of collectors, lawyers, museums and galleries found legal experts’ answers to the questions “What’s new and what’s to come” regarding art disputes, provenance and authenticity in general and, for example, NFTs, AI-generated art, intellectual property rights, protection of Ukraine’s cultural heritage and restitution of looted art in particular. Discussion rounds on the presented proven expertise and specialists’ views followed, formally as well as informally at the networking drinks afterwards.
