Our Philosophy
Libralex EEIG was founded by a group of independent lawyers to work together to respond to the needs of their clients in matters of international trade, investment, and dispute resolution.
Decades of Worldwide Experience
Since its creation in 1992, Libralex law firms have sought to provide common standards of quality of law firms, availability, and technical expertise. Common standards are cultivated through strong personal relationships among the members of the network, fostered by:
- a continuing exchange of information on significant developments in the national laws applicable in each country where a Libralex Iaw firm is located;
- regular meetings which provide the opportunity to explore common initiatives
to support clients’ international legal requirements.
Libralex law firms provide commercially minded legal representation to clients including international businesses, public authorities, and private individuals, and offer clients the advantage of immediate access to cross-border, strategic, and legal advice from law firms across the network.

We wish to make known the adoption by the Human Rights Council of the resolution of 19 June 2017 on the independence and impartiality of the judiciary, jurors and assessors, and the independence of lawyers, particularly the threats, intimidation and interference, the number of attacks on lawyers in the course of discharging their defense mandate. The Council stresses that lawyers must not be compared with their clients or to the cause of their clients by the performance of their duties and that they must be able to perform their duties freely, independently, and without fear.

International Trade

that our clients’ international legal questions are always answered comprehensively and in the best
possible way, based on comprehensive expertise, on a permanent or ad hoc basis.
Investments
Our Investments Working Group supplies combined knowledge for international investment consulting to
clients all over the world. Due to the permanent exchange of expertise and continuous exchange on
current jurisdiction, advice on international investments is provided on the basis of the most current
legal situation in each of the nationally and internationally involved countries, realised by investment
specialists locally and internationally.
