Three times a year, the representatives and members of Libralex meet for a weekend of exclusive professional and personal exchange. Following our meeting in Mexico in February this year, the next international Libralex conference will take place in Berlin, Germany, on June 7 and 8, 2024. This time the meeting will be hosted by the German Libralex member law firm Büsing Müffelmann & Theye.
More than 40 participants from almost 30 countries, from Europe, North America, South America and Asia, are awaited for the Libralex summer meeting. The number of agenda topics is just as extensive as the number of participants.
On Friday, the program will include topics from the fields of data protection, IT law, art law as well as various aspects of international civil law. For example, the EU data act and AI act, nearshoring in Mexico, recent developments in Turkish data protection and OTT regulation, choice of law in international contracts and legal aspects based on recent EU regulations in relation to climate policy objectives will be outlined and discussed.
The Libralex strategy meeting will take place the next day. On Saturday, Libralex internals will be discussed, including topics such as the ongoing expansion of the international law firm network and its worldwide services.
